Introduction à Message Express
Part 1 – Sending your first message in a few simple steps
If you have to send your very first message but only have a few minutes, this section is designed to help you get it done quickly and correctly.
At this point, we assume that some contacts are already present in your client circuit and that you have been provided with credentials to access them online beforehand. You will find more details on these topics in Part 2.
For now, here are the main steps to send your first communication:
1- Log in at Telmatik.com
2- Open Message Express
3- Choose a message category
4- Write a message and its object
5 - Determine the means of communication to use when sending
6- Identify the intended recipients (can be a group)
7- Press send and follow the progress of your sent message
